Returns Policy

7 Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

Not what you were expecting?

If the item don’t match your outfit, don’t fit or you’ve just changed your mind now you’ve received them you have 7 days from the day they were delivered to send them back. You will be refunded the full amount of the item less any postage / returns charges.

Faulty Items?

If you believe your item to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection.Please call customer services on 0844 3574 4533 or email us at customerservice@wearoffyoursandals.com. We will guide you how to return your item.

If the item are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.

Wrong item or Size?

If we’ve made a mistake and the item aren’t as ordered, simply bag them back up and send them back to us at the post office. Once we receive the item back, we will refund the entire purchased price amount paid less the postage or send out the correct item should you still require them. Customers are responsible for the postage to send out the replacement item to them.

Postage refunds

If the item are faulty we will refund you the entire amount including the postage paid. If you order the wrong size, you will be responsible for the postage to send the item back to us and you will be responsible for the postage to send the replacement item back to you. Receipts

Please make sure you get a receipt when you post your shoes back to us. If the item go missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.

When do I get my refund?

You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-7 working days.
If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed
